These Terms describe the terms applicable to the services and content offered through the website www.grupobelleza.com and regulate the legal relations between GRUPOBELLEZA 1987 S.L. and the client.

Access to the website is free and free of charge, the use of the website implies unreserved acceptance of all the Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with these conditions, you must refrain from using this page.

The visit to the eCommerce site by the user must be done responsibly and in accordance with current legislation, good faith, these Conditions and respecting the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by GRUPOBELLEZA 1987 S.L. or any other natural or legal persons.

The use of any of the contents of the website for purposes that are or could be illegal is totally prohibited, as well as the performance of any action that causes or could cause damage or alterations of any kind not consented to by GRUPOBELLEZA 1987 S.L., to the eCommerce site or its contents.

The website and the products and services offered by GRUPOBELLEZA 1987 S.L. is intended for adults with sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Terms of Use. The use of certain services or the contracting of certain goods or services may be subject to special additional conditions that will require express consent and which will prevail in all cases over these general conditions.

The use of the services provided by GRUPOBELLEZA 1987 S.L. and purchasing on the Web requires registration as a user on the Web. Requests

Once you have placed an order online, you will receive a message confirming receipt of the order, as well as information about the shipping and billing of the order placed.

The sale will be formalized when GRUPO BELLEZA, receive the requested amount as payment and deposit of the order, taking into account the date of the same, the day it is made effective in the account of GRUPO BELLEZA.

The delivery time will be estimated depending on the product requested and its manufacturing process.

GRUPO BELLEZAreserves the right to vary the delivery time, provided that this is due to variations in the product's production system, and will notify the customer with sufficient advance notice. Likewise, GRUPO BELLEZA reserves the right not to pay any deposit payments if the customer ultimately decides not to make the purchase.

Form and terms of payment

Payment must always be made in advance, including the deposit, previously referred to as order formalization. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the transfer fees are subject to the customer's bank. GRUPO BELLEZA will not accept transfers with shared expenses.

The acquisition of services or products through www.grupobelleza.com allows the following forms of payment:

• Klarna

Prices

Product prices are those indicated in the description attached to them. All prices indicated in the product description are expressed in Euro (€) and do not include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Prices and offers sent to customers will remain active for a maximum period of 15 days from the date of the order or offer.

Send conditions

www.grupobelleza.com only ships its products to: Countries within the European Union. For shipments outside the European Union, the customer must manage the process. 

The purchase is subject to payment of shipping costs, which are the buyer's responsibility. Shipping costs will depend on the destination and the total amount of the order. The costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and you can check the amount of the shipping costs before completing the purchase.

Once the full amount of the order has been received, it will be shipped.

Once the supplied materials leave our warehouse GRUPO BELLEZA, is not responsible for these or for the duration of transport.

GRUPO BELLEZA, does not accept responsibility for losses due to packaging, non-obvious damage, errors in deliveries, discrepancies or total or partial loss of deliveries, unless reported within 24 hours of delivery of the supply and after inspection of GRUPO BELLEZA.

In the event that, at the time of delivery, obvious damage is detected on the packaging or on the product itself, THE CUSTOMER must state this in the delivery document signed by the carrier, otherwise claims for this concept will not be accepted.

www.grupobelleza.com will not be liable for delays in delivery of orders due to causes not attributable to it, as well as for unforeseen events or force majeure.

Delivery will be carried out by the transport companies CBL, DACHSER and/or GLS.

Consumer goods warranty

The products of GRUPO BELLEZA Furniture and appliances have a 2-year functionality warranty, and appliances have a 6-month functionality warranty, from the date of receipt. The delivery note will be taken into account for these products. Defects caused by improper use or handling, connection to a power supply other than the one indicated, incorrect installation, or defects resulting from any external cause are excluded from the warranty for consumables.

As a customer, you are considered a consumer in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter, "TRLGDCU").

Consequently, you have the right of withdrawal, which means that you can cancel the contract without having to justify your decision during the fourteen (14) calendar days from when the purchased goods are received or from the conclusion of the contract if it is a provision of services.

You must state your intention to withdraw within the indicated period and proceed to return the product. The price of the product paid will be refunded using the same payment method, minus the cost of transport.

In the event of receiving a factory defective product, the CUSTOMER must communicate, within 15 days of receiving the product, by email the defects identified in the product and provide graphic proof of them.

GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. will analyze the graphic evidence provided by the CLIENT. If it meets the acceptance criteria established by GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L., will approve the product return process, assuming the corresponding shipping costs.

Once the product arrives at the facilities of GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L., the company's staff will review the product to confirm that the defect is due to manufacturing causes. If so, the CUSTOMER will be sent the requested reference in perfect condition.

Returns will not be accepted for products manufactured on request.

If you have any problems with products or services purchased on this website, you can file a claim through the European Union dispute resolution platform here GRUPOBELLEZA 1987 S.L. reserves the right to refuse to accept the claim submitted through the platform.

Nullity and ineffectiveness of the clauses

If any clause included in these Conditions is declared totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect said provision, subsisting these General Conditions in everything else, taking such provision as not included.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. GRUPOBELLEZA 1987 S.L. and the user agree to submit any disputes that may arise in relation to the contracting of products or services subject to these General Conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's domicile.
