Return policy
In Grupo Belleza 1987, S.L., we accept returns exclusively in the following cases:
- Products with manufacturing defects.
- Delivery errors.
1. Procedure for the return of defective products
If the CUSTOMER detects a manufacturing defect, you must communicate it to Grupo Belleza 1987, S.L. within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the product. Communication must be made by email, including:
- Detailed description of the defect.
- Graphic test (clear photographs or videos that show the defect).
- Order number and product reference.
Once the information is received, Grupo Belleza 1987, S.L. will analyze the evidence provided and, if it meets the acceptance criteria, will authorize the return of the product, assuming the shipping costs.
When the product arrives at our facilities, a Physical inspection to verify that the defect is of origin and not due to misuse, improper handling, or damage during transportation.
- If the defect is confirmed: A replacement product in perfect condition will be sent to the CUSTOMER at no additional cost.
- If the defect is not validated: The CUSTOMER must assume the costs of returning the product to his/her address.
2. Unauthorized returns and general conditions
- Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization. of Grupo Belleza 1987, S.L.
- Returns of used, tampered with, or products without their original packaging in perfect condition will not be accepted.
- Fragile items such as ceramics and mirrors must be inspected within the first 24 hours of delivery.
- If the packaging shows visible damage upon delivery and the delivery note did not explicitly mention "BREAKAGE" or "DAMAGE," we will not be able to accept subsequent claims.
3. Conditions for products eligible for refund
Products authorized for refund must be returned to Grupo Belleza 1987, S.L. with postage paid within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt.
- Only returns will be accepted prior notification and in perfect condition, with its original packaging intact.
- Once received at our facilities and after checking their compliance, Grupo Belleza 1987, S.L. will proceed to issue the corresponding refund.
Important: No refunds will be issued for products that arrive damaged, incomplete, or without their original packaging.
