Returns of products from GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. will be accepted only when they are found to be defective from the factory. When this occurs, the CUSTOMER must communicate, within 15 days following the receipt of the product, via email the defects identified in the product and provide photographic proof of them. GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. will analyze the photographic evidence provided by the CUSTOMER. If it meets the acceptance criteria established by GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L., the return process of the product will be approved, assuming the related shipping costs. Once the product arrives at the facilities of GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L., the company's staff will review it to verify that the defect is due to factory reasons. If so, the requested reference will be sent to the CUSTOMER in perfect condition. If it does not meet the acceptance criteria for returns, GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. will proceed to resend the returned product, with the CUSTOMER assuming the costs related to the return and the resending of it.

No return of material that has not been expressly authorized in writing by GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. to the CUSTOMER will be accepted.

Products eligible for credit must be returned to GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L with prepaid shipping within 15 days of receipt. No credit will be issued for materials not returned with prior notice, in perfect condition, and not within their original packaging. Upon arrival of the products at the facilities of GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. and if everything is in accordance, GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. may issue the corresponding credit.
