Shipping policy
Grupo Belleza 1987 SL will make shipments once the order has been made effective upon receiving the payment of 100% of the amount indicated in the estimate.
The transportation service of the products of Grupo Belleza 1987, S.L., in all its shipments, is door to door. If requested by the CUSTOMER, the transport service could include the unloading of our products at the customer's facilities, adding the additional cost of unloading to the standard transport cost.
Grupo Belleza 1987, S.L. is responsible for any damage or loss that occurs within its facilities, responding to the CLIENT when this is affected. With the aim of maximizing the satisfaction of our clients, Grupo Belleza 1987, S.L. is responsible for losses related to packaging, obvious damage to the product, errors or partial/total loss of deliveriesprovided that they communicate within 24 hours of delivery of the product and after inspection of Grupo Belleza 1987, S.L.. If such communication does not occur, Grupo Belleza 1987, S.L. will not respond to the problems raised.
Important instructions for receiving your order:
Upon receiving your order, we ask you to follow these steps before signing the delivery note or providing your ID for electronic signature:
Check the condition of the outer packaging: Make sure that the protective film, pallets or packages do not have any visible damage, bumps or breaks.
- In case of visible damage:
- Always indicate this on the delivery note with the words ""DAMAGED PACKAGING" or "BREAKAGE", specifying the nature of the damage.
- Please keep a copy of the delivery note or take a photo as proof.

Rejection of invalid terms: Notes such as “control reserve” or “pending review” are not accepted by the agency's insurance and will not cover any damage. It is necessary to clearly specify "breakage" or "damage".
- If the carrier refuses to accept the damage note: We recommend that you refuse delivery. We will contact the shipping agency to resolve the problem.
Content review within 24 hours:
- Once you receive your order, you have 24 hours to check the inside of the packages. If you find any damage, please report it immediately to Grupo BellezaAfter this period, we will not be able to accept claims for breakages.
- Be sure to especially check fragile pieces such as ceramics and mirrors to confirm that they are in perfect condition.
Keep the original boxes: Do not throw away the boxes until you have verified that all the furniture is in good condition. Any return must be made in its original packaging.
Deadline for reporting defects: If you find any defect in the products, please notify us within the first 15 days from receipt.
When detectedpackaging defectsof our products,We ask the CUSTOMER to state this in the merchandise delivery document that he/she signs for the carrier.If it is not mentioned in the delivery note that must be given to the carrier, Grupo Belleza 1987, S.L. will not be held responsible for any damage suffered by the product related to its transport and no claims for this concept will be accepted.
