The transportation service for the products of GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L., in all its shipments, is door to door. If requested by the CUSTOMER, the transportation service may include unloading of our products at the customer's facilities, adding the additional unloading cost to the standard transportation cost.
GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. is responsible for any damages or losses occurring within its facilities, responding to the CUSTOMER when they are affected. In order to maximize customer satisfaction, GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. is responsible for losses related to packaging, obvious damages to the product, errors, or partial/total losses of deliveriesprovided that they are communicated within 24 hours following the delivery of the product and after inspection by GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. If such communication does not occur, GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. will not be held responsible for the issues presented.
When defects in the packaging of our products are detected, we request the CUSTOMER to note this on the delivery document of the merchandise they sign for the carrier. If this is not mentioned in the delivery note that must be provided to the carrier, GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. will not be responsible for damages suffered by the product related to its transportation, and claims for this concept will not be accepted.
