Shipping information

Payment and Delivery Conditions

1. Payment and Order Confirmation

GRUPO BELLEZA 1987 S.L. will only ship orders once payment of 100% of the amount indicated in the quotation has been confirmed.
Order processing begins only after full payment has been received.

2. Transportation Service

All shipments from GRUPO BELLEZA 1987 S.L. are door-to-door.

  • Unloading at the Customer’s Premises: If requested by the CLIENT, the transportation service can include unloading the product at their premises. This service has an additional cost, which will be added to the standard transportation price.

3. Liability for Damages or Losses

GRUPO BELLEZA 1987 S.L. is responsible for any damage or loss within its facilities up to the moment of shipment.

  • If the CLIENT detects losses, visible damage to the packaging or product, delivery errors, or partial/total loss of goods, they must report it to GRUPO BELLEZA 1987 S.L. within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If this notification is not made within the specified period, we will not be able to accept claims for these issues.

4. Important Instructions for Receiving the Order

Before Signing the Delivery Receipt:

  • Verify the condition of the external packaging.
  • Check that the protective film, pallets, or packages do not show visible damage, dents, or breakages.

If visible damage is detected:

  • Indicate it on the delivery note with the words "DAMAGED PACKAGING" or "BREAKAGE", specifying the nature of the damage.
  • Keep a copy of the delivery note or take a photo as proof.

Important: Terms such as "pending inspection" or "control reservation" will not be accepted, as the courier’s insurance will not cover any damage unless "breakage" or "damage" is explicitly specified.

If the carrier refuses to accept the damage notation:

  • Refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. GRUPO BELLEZA 1987 S.L. will handle the issue with the transportation agency.

5. Content Inspection (Maximum Timeframe: 24 Hours)

Once the order is received, you have 24 hours to inspect the contents of the packages.

  • If you find any hidden damage, notify GRUPO BELLEZA 1987 S.L. immediately.
  • After this period, we will not be able to accept claims for breakages.

Inspection of Fragile Items:

  • Ceramics and mirrors must be carefully checked to ensure they are in perfect condition.

Preservation of Original Packaging:

  • Do not discard the original boxes until you confirm that the furniture is in good condition.
  • Any return must be made in its original packaging.

6. Deadline for Reporting Defects

  • If you detect any defect in the products, notify us within the first 15 days from receipt.
  • Any defect in the packaging must be noted on the delivery note.
  • If the defect is not mentioned on the delivery note, GRUPO BELLEZA 1987 S.L. will not be responsible for damages incurred during transport, and claims will not be accepted.
