Payment and Delivery Terms

1. Payment and order confirmation

  • GRUPO BELLEZA 1987 S.L. will only ship once 100% payment of the amount indicated in the quote has been confirmed.
  • Order processing begins only after receipt of full payment.

2. Transportation service

  • All the shipments of GRUPO BELLEZA 1987 S.L. are door to door.
  • Unloading at the client's facilities: If the CLIENT requests it, the transportation service may include the discharge of the product in its facilities. This service has a additional cost, which will be added to the standard transport price.

3. Liability for damage or loss

  • GRUPO BELLEZA 1987 S.L. is responsible for any damage or loss within its facilities until the time of shipment.
  • If the CUSTOMER detects losses or damage evident in the packaging or product, errors in delivery or partial/total loss of the merchandise, must communicate it to GRUPO BELLEZA 1987 S.L. within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If this communication is not made within the indicated period, we will not be able to accept claims for these concepts.

4. Important instructions for receiving the order

Before Signing for Delivery:

  1. Check the state of packaging external

    • Check that the protective film, pallets, or packages are free of visible damage, dents, or breaks.
  2. If you detect any visible damage:

    • Indicate it in the delivery note with the words "DAMAGED PACKAGING" or "BREAKAGE", specifying the nature of the damage.
    • Please keep a copy of the delivery note or take a photo as proof.
  3. Attention: They will not be valid terms like "pending review" either "control reserve", since the agency's insurance will not cover any damage if "breakage" or "damage" is not clearly specified.

  4. If the carrier refuses to accept the damage report:

    • Refuse delivery and contact us immediately. GRUPO BELLEZA 1987 S.L. will manage the incident with the transport agency.

5. Content review (Maximum time: 24 hours)

  • Once the order is received, has 24 hours to inspect the inside of the packages.
  • If you find any hidden damage, please report it immediately to GRUPO BELLEZA 1987 S.L.
  • After this period, we will not be able to accept claims for breakages..

Review of fragile parts:

Conservation of the Original Packaging:

  • Do not discard the original boxes until you confirm that the furniture is in good condition.
  • Any return must be made in its original packaging..

6. Deadline for reporting defects

  • If you detect any defect in the products, please notify us within the first 15 days. from the reception.
  • It is essential that any defect in the packaging be indicated on the delivery note.
  • If not mentioned in the delivery note, GRUPO BELLEZA 1987 S.L. cannot be held responsible for damage suffered during transport and no claims will be accepted.

7. Delivery conditions

  • Shipping to the Peninsula: The estimated delivery time is between 2 and 7 business days from order confirmation.

  • Shipping to Europe: The estimated delivery time is between 7 and 10 working days.

  • Shipping to the Canary Islands: The estimated delivery time is between 10 and 15 working days.

Delivery times are approximate and may be subject to change due to logistical issues, product availability, or force majeure. The company is not responsible for delays attributable to the shipping agency.
